At YARA MILANO, every product is carefully inspected by our quality team before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards before shipping.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!Products showing signs of use, damage, stains, washing, alteration, or tampering are not eligible for return or refund. Such items will not be returned back unless return shipping charges are paid by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Products
We accept returns only if:
- The item is damaged during transit, or
- There is a stitching or manufacturing defect
Requirements:
- An opening video is mandatory
- The video must clearly show the issue
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Once approved, we will:
- Accept the return
- Share the return address
Returns Due to Customer Preference
If you wish to return the product due to personal reasons such as:
- Not liking the product
- Size, colour, or preference issues
Conditions:
- You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery
- The product must be returned by the next working day
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
Charges & Refunds
- A flat ₹200 per order will be deducted to cover shipping, packing, and labour costs
- The remaining amount will be refunded once the product is received and inspected
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment
Important Notes
- Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, stains, or alteration are not eligible
- No returns or refunds on sale or discounted items
- Claims without an opening video will not be accepted
- Return approval is subject to quality inspection
